Any editor can mark a task as "done", or update it.
Also I can create a filter than anything that comes to email@example.com gets marked as a "Support Task", which then any support person can see/edit. Same with firstname.lastname@example.org, etc.
The nice thing about shared tasks is that when someone else reads it or acts on it, it saves that info, so you can see what happened to all the tasks.
